Planning sets the stage for the project. During this phase, the Standard Model SME team reviews all materials needed to start the project, develop project schedules, tasks, expected outputs and deliverables, roles and responsibilities. The planning workshops prepare our customers for the project milestones.
Design includes risk assessments, project options development and review, and documentation to prepare for the implementation. This may require that our team work closely with product management, depending on the customer requirements.
The construct phase includes all necessary activities to configure the solution according to specifications, as well as quality assurance, testing, and deployment activities.
Transition includes development and execution of training and supporting materials. Training is tailored to specific requirements and best practices our customer dictates, as well as train-the-trainer methods, quick reference materials and complete end user guides.
